Route Selection and Troubleshooting
Routes are organized by region and type, including IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes, and direct connections. Choose based on your local network, destination, and actual connection performance; no route type guarantees speed in every situation. If the network is congested or the destination service changes its policies, check the exit region and app status again.
If something isn’t working, first follow Quick Start to check your subscription and client. Then submit a ticket through the account dashboard with your platform, selected route, and error details. Hide account credentials and subscription details in screenshots before submitting them. Billing and cancellation terms are outlined in the public policies. No Logs and Data Minimization
VPNDP follows a no-logs policy and does not record browsing activity. Account and service operations follow the principle of data minimization. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Bank-grade encryption helps protect connections but does not replace device security or careful account management.
